Ronald Martin A. Ledesma received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 1997. In the same year, he joined the Tax Division of an established auditing firm, Sycip, Gorres, Velayo and Co., where he was involved in various tax advisory and corporate consultancy matters. In 1998, he joined Villanueva, Bernardo and Gabionza Law Offices, where aside from tax advisory and corporate consultancy, he was involved in intellectual property cases, general and corporate litigation work before regular and appellate courts and the Securities and Exchange Commission. In 1999, he joined Puno and Puno Law Offices. In addition to general and corporate litigation, taxation, and intellectual property, he was involved in various dealings, transactions and cases before regular and appellate courts, and various other government offices and agencies. For more than nine years, he has had extensive litigation experience successfully representing clients in various industries such as power, banking, securities, real estate development, insurance, retail, manufacturing, hotels, airlines and many others.
A great portion of his practice had been in remedial and advisory work for banks, financial institutions and debtors with respect to enforcement actions by or against debtors including but not limited to foreclosures, injunctive actions, actions for accounting, sum of money, torts and damages, annulment of security contracts and non-performing loan (NPL) sales, insolvency and corporate rehabilitation. He has also acted in an advisory capacity to financial institutions and debtors with respect to review of loan, security and other related contracts, debt restructuring, rehabilitation plans, negotiations and settlement of claims, and investigations of bank fraud. In terms of general litigation and administrative proceedings, he has handled various civil cases such as but not limited to specific performance, rescission, annulment of contracts, declaratory relief, forcible entry and ejectment, injunctive actions, torts and damages, and others.
In 2009, with Atty. Jorge D. Gonzales, he put up Ledesma Gonzales Law Offices continuing to service clients in advisory, remedial and general litigation practice. In the same year, he was appointed as Receiver for Overseas Freighters Shipping, Inc. (OFSI). From 2009 to 2014, he has continued to handle various litigation concerns of several prominent banks and special purpose vehicles, condominium corporations, and other local and foreign companies.
In all cases, his law practice has been focused on addressing a client’s specialized and unique requirements and the development of the most effective and cost efficient approach to meet their goals and objectives. From the formulation of legal strategies, theory development, drafting of pleadings for the defense or prosecution, the planning or preparing of legal remedies and defenses, argumentation and enforcement of awards, he has worked hand in hand with clients for the preservation and successful litigation of their interests to meet the demands of the entire litigation process.

Jorge Bernardino D. Gonzales, Jr. is a native of Manila, Philippines. Beginning his schooling in the Ateneo de Manila, he obtained his degree in Philosophy in 1993 and his Juris Doctor in Law in 1997 from the same alma mater. He began his career as corporate counsel of mining corporations and joined the firm of Ocampo Manalo & Ureta Law Offices in 2000. In 2001, he joined he joined Puno and Puno Law Offices as a senior associate, centering his field of practice on labor law disputes, civil law issues, family law matters, corporate law concerns, land titling, and criminal litigation for individual and corporate clients of the firm.
He is an experienced and dedicated trial lawyer beginning his admission to the Philippine Bar with an extensive practice in civil and criminal litigation in the fields of family and commercial law, enforcement of and defense against insurance claims, as well as labor, aviation, arbitration, construction, government procurement, and mining law. More notably, he has successfully prosecuted for and against claims of Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC). He is a former lecturer on Administrative Law for the Philippine National Police College. He also served as City Legal Officer of Taguig City handling numerous legal concerns from general oversight and legal supervision to the defense against claims and injunction cases.
When not in the office, Mr. Gonzales is travelling with his family of four or tinkering with his collection of cars and motorcycles.

Analiza D. Sanchez obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2002. She is a Certified Public Accountant having passed the CPA board exam in May 2003. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from University of Santo Tomas in 2007 and was admitted in Philippine Bar in May, 2008. Before joining the firm, she worked as a lawyer of Philippine Trust Company, an Associate of Melchor Ella Ancheta Law Firm and an Internal Audit Specialist of LandBank Realty Development Corporation.

Atty. Anthony L. Maamo has a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of San Carlos (Cebu). He was admitted to the Philippine Bar on May 2014. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the same University. He specializes in civil and criminal litigations. The cases that he has handled or is currently handling, among others, include: annulment of transfer certificate of title, specific performance with damages, reconstitution of title, corporate rehabilitation, actions with application for injunction, perjury, estafa, etc.

Rusty De Vera
Atty. Rusty de Vera obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Major in Business Administration at the Center for Research and Communications (now the University of Asia and the Pacific) in 1995. He earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2002 at De La Salle University. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the East in 2012 and was admitted in Philippine Bar on April 2013. Before joining the firm, he worked as an associate at Balgos Gumaru and Jalandoni. Among the cases which he was tasked to handle are collection of sum of money, liquidation under the F.R.I.A., petitions for mandamus, petitions for certiorari, unlawful detainer cases, drafting and review, prosecution for violation of B.P.22, libel, perjury, qualified theft.
